A corporate administrator or program administrators can add users in E-Verify. Upon being initially registered past the program administrator, users receive an email with a user ID and initial password. E-Verify automatically prompts users to create a new password every 90 days. However, users who recall their password has been compromised should change it immediately. The new password cannot be the same as any of the last six passwords.

CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

Users who know or suspect that their password was compromised should change it immediately. To alter a password, follow the steps in Change Password – Process Overview.

Modify Countersign – Process OVERVIEW
  • From Profile, select Change Password.

  • Enter Old and New Passwords page will display.
  • Type current password in the Old Password field.
  • Type new password in the New Password field.
  • Retype new countersign in the Re-Type New Countersign field. The new countersign cannot be the aforementioned as any of the concluding six passwords.

  • Click Submit Password Change.

Modify SECURITY QUESTIONS

Users can set security questions to let them to reset their passwords.
